Content Care & Control Technician

The Content Care & Control Clerk (CC&C Technician) must have a strong familiarity with computers and software. The CC&C Technician will be responsible to list contents on job sites utilizing ACV Systems. The CC&C Technician will also be responsible in cleaning contents in a safe and expedited manner utilizing Fireline Systems. This position requires data entry and would require a high rate of typing (minimum of 50 wpm), troubleshooting of computer related issues, use of databases and the ability to offer excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced, team environment

CERTIFIED WATER TECHNICIANS
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years experience and a critical eye for detail. This position requires superior organizational skills, the ability to multitask and to communicate effectively with homeowners, co-workers and higher levels of management. As part of this position, you will be required to participate in an on-call rotation with the other team members. You will also possess proper certification as outlined below. However, exceptions will be made for candidates that have been IICRC certified but no longer possess certification.

 

Additional requirements and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
+ Understanding of commercial and residential carpet cleaning
+ Knowledge of upholstery care and cleaning
+ Good written and oral communication skills
+ Must be IICRC Certificated (or have been IICRC certified in the past)
+ Willingness to be on-call or flexible
+ Fire, water, mould and sewage experience
+ Ability to work unsupervised
+ Must have a good driving record
+ Knowledge of CSA Health and Safety Regulations

To qualify, you must be able to demonstrate as a strong knowledge of fire, water, mould experience. You must also be able to communicate effectively with homeowners, your team and higher levels of management.
